We at the Chocolate Festival ehrlichlich present a new, mindful generation of cocoa and chocolate production, combining enjoyment with responsible action by:- Telling the stories of the people behind the cocoa, from cocoa farmers to chocolate producers
- Offering workshops, lectures, tastings, panel discussions, and other events for children and adults to highlight topics around cocoa and chocolate and present options for action
- Hosting a chocolate market where visitors can directly engage with sustainable producers and experience the fine flavors of ethically produced chocolate
